The Central Library of Nabajyoti College has been divided into three parts for smooth functioning and ensuring peaceful
reading facilities both for students and teachers. In one part of the Library, books are arranged beautifully and in a planned
way. In the other part-fine arrangement for reading books both for teachers and students have been made and provided to
them. At a time more than 100 boys,50 girls and 20 teachers can sit separately and read peacefully. The Library staff is
active, regular, punctual and co-operative. They have been working in the Library sincerely and trying to give maximum
benefits to the students by developing reading culture, providing advanced information to them regarding their courses and
day-to-day life.

Facilities:   1. The Library has a good collection of books of all branches of knowledge including   Encyclopedia particularly text books, reference books on subjects taught in the college are available. It has a collection of more than 24,000 books. Moreover all local news papers, magazines , journals of local, national and international levels are arranged and are provided regularly.   2. The library has got a book bank for providing text books, reference books etc. to the students belonging to the families of BPL.   3. Photostat , lamination , internet and email facilities are also available in the Central Library.

Departmental Library :

Each of the departments of both the Arts and Science faculties have got a departmental library of its own having a good
collection of text books, reference books on the course taught which provide maximum benefits to the teachers and
students. Teachers and students of major courses of the department can take books from the departmental libraries for their
